Have you ever noticed how difficult focusing on your business can be sometimes? Maybe it’s the dog-days of summer, vacations, the kids running around, or the long list of “things” you have to do that just weighs on you and helps keep you distracted from what you should be doing.Last week, I attended my Mastermind Retreat with so many great ideas about my business that I couldn’t wait to get home! Then I walked in the door to my wonderful family, husband, kids, dog, house, luggage filled with laundry, babysitter on vacation, … and then I started to lose focus. There was so much to do in my life, how could I focus on my business?
Well, I have it easier than many, because I have an office. A place to get away from “my life” to focus on my business. Not because I don’t love my life. In fact, the kids, the husband, the dog, the house and all of that—it’s all why I need to focus on my business. And it’s what keeps me going! Read the rest of this entry »
