This is a great article that emphasizes the secret weapon EVERYONE has to start building profitable, long-lasting relationships–the telephone. But it is missing a few things:
1. Most of the time, you can’t get through to people you have never met by phone without connecting with them through other means first.
2. Your favorite social media platform might by the BEST way to get right past the gatekeeper, make a solid connection (or get introduced) in a non-threatening environment, BUILD the relationship which leads to a phone conversation (or several) where you seal-the-deal!
